The Mongolia-Japan Center for Human Resources Development mainly use specialized and well-experienced Japanese and Mongolian teachers for SME development to provide a range of business courses and seminars. This works with the connections established all over Mongolia with companies of immense experiences as well as to support business relations between Mongolia and Japan.

 

Core training

The education provided on the management of SMEs and practical knowledge is the highlight of this Center. Every year between September to March courses on the 4 topics of strategic management, marketing, financial management and human resources are taught mainly by a Japanese teacher. Depending on the students’ abilities, they will be divided into a “senior management class” and a “management class” which provides a suitable program that fits both the demands and skills of the students. The organization of the graduates of each course’s activities are carried out eagerly and management related updates are exchanged allowing for a variety of courses to be created.

 

Basic business knowledge training

This program on basic SME management knowledge is provided for by a Mongolian teacher. Annually from February to May 6-9-hour training on the 7 topics of strategic management, marketing, financial management, human resources management, production management, shop management and Japanese style management are provided. There is a chance to choose each course you prefer. This is convenient for those who would like to go further with the “core training” program.

 

Advanced level training

This program provides a more advanced course for business owner graduates of the “core training” program as well as management officials with the same level of knowledge and experience by a well-experienced specialist Japanese teacher.

 

On-the-job training

The Japanese teachers of the “core training” program, at the request of the agency, meet the demands, and provide this training.

 

Model enterprise development program

An intensive consultation service that provides solutions to issues for larger than average sized companies that provided the Mongolian economy with a specific percentage development.

 

Bridge between Mongolia and Japan

To develop human resources companies, communicate through links which allows for the growth of Mongolian businesses and likewise provides Japanese companies with a range of business updates, showing support within the partnership.

 

Computer training

For business owners and employees, as well as students about to enter the workplace, a computer operations and knowledge training is provided to provide a service to teach necessary skills. Training on complex uses of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are provided as well as training on typing with 10 fingers.
